The SDK website („website“) of the InTradeSys Limited collects a series of general data and information when you use the website. Apart from the general data collections (see 6. Your rights and further information) we use the data provided by you when using the website for the provision of our services as described below only.

2. Cookies

The SDK website of the InTradeSys Limited uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser.

Many Internet sites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. Through the use of cookies, the InTradeSys Limited can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to utilize our website. 3. Live API Playground & Code Factory

When using the Live API Playground & Code Factory („playground“) your data will be stored for the purpose of using the playground options. The stored data will be accessible for you and InTradeSys webmasters only. There will be no data transfers to third parties apart from service partners of InTradeSys which will be data processors bound by instructions following Article 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

InTradeSys will not learn about your login credentials and will store your API token only in a temporary session that gets deleted as soon as you log out. The data will be deleted after 3 months at the latest.

As the processing of personal data is necessary to provide the requested playground service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR.

4. eBay developer forums

Please note that your entries within the eBay developer forums will be governed by eBay Inc. as responsible entity. The eBay privacy policy can be found under member-behaviour-policies/user-privacy-notice-privacy-policy

5. Support

When using the InTradeSys Support („support“) your data will be stored for the purpose of the performance of our services only. There will be no data transfers to third parties apart from service partners of InTradeSys which will be data processors bound by instructions following Article 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data will be deleted after 3 years following the solution of your support request at the latest.

As the processing of personal data is necessary to provide the requested support service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR.
